You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use Tarafbet. We enforce mandatory age verification as part of our KYC process. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be immediately closed and funds may be withheld pending investigation.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on Tarafbet. Operating multiple accounts — including accounts held under different names or devices — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, validity periods, game contribution rates, and maximum withdrawal limits. These terms are disclosed at the point of offer acceptance and must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winings may be withdrawn.
Tarafbet processes all player transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit. Minimum deposit isRM50 for most payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and Maybank.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Tarafbet will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. Report any suspected unauthorised access to our support team immediately.

Welcome to Tarafbet. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Tarafbet ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Tarafbet platform — including its sportsbook, live casino, slot games, promotional features, and customer support services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Tarafbet platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

| "Real Money Funds" | Funds deposited by the Player from personal financial sources, separate from Bonus Funds. |
| "Wagering Requirement" | The number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be wagered before winings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn. |
| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required to activate full withdrawal privileges on a Player Account. |
| "MYR" / "RM" | Malaysian Ringgit — the base currency of the Tarafbet Platform for all Malaysian player transactions. |
| "Self-Exclusion" | A voluntary restriction requested by a Player that temporarily or permanently blocks access to their Account for responsible gambling purposes. |
To register and maintain an Account on Tarafbet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:
You must be a minimum of21 years of age at the time of registration. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all players regardless of jurisdiction. Tarafbet enforces mandatory age verification as part of its KYC process. Any Account found to be held by an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all pending wagers voided, and any funds deposited may be returned net of any withdrawals already processed, subject to investigation.
Tarafbet accepts registrations from players in Malaysia, subject to these Terms. Players must independently verify that their use of the Platform complies with local laws. We do not represent that the Platform is legal or available for use in every jurisdiction. Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited may not register.
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on Tarafbet. Creating multiple accounts — including accounts operated under different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes an abuse of the Platform. All accounts linked to a suspected duplicate registration may be suspended, and winings acrued through the duplicate accounts may be forfeited in full.
Accounts must be operated for personal recreational use only. You may not operate an Account on behalf of another individual, register using another person's identity, or allow third parties to place bets using your Account. Tarafbet reserves the right to request evidence of personal use at any time.
Account registration requires provision of accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must ensure this information is correct at the time of registration and updated promptly if it changes.
Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete KYC verification by submitting:
Additional documentation may be requested at Tarafbet's discretion, including but not limited to source-of-funds documentation for large deposits. KYC review is typically completed within 24–48 hours of submission. Failure to complete KYC within60 days of account registration may result in account restrictions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials. Tarafbet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication. We will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your Account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately. Tarafbet accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
Tarafbet supports the following payment methods for Malaysian players: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency transfers (USDT and BTC).
The minimum deposit is RM50 for standard payment methods (DuitNow, FPX, and local bank transfers). For cryptocurrency deposits, the minimum is equivalent to RM100 at the prevailing conversion rate at the time of deposit.
The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:
For fully verified Accounts, standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: DuitNow and local e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): 15 minutes to 2 hours. FPX and direct bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): 1–3 business hours under normal operating conditions. Cryptocurrency withdrawals: subject to network confirmation times, typically 1–4 hours.
All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the market exchange rate prevailing at the time of receipt. Tarafbet is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and any subsequent conversion.
All bets are subject to acceptance by Tarafbet at its sole discretion. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. Tarafbet reserves the right to decline or restrict any wager without providing a specific reason, including in cases where a bet is suspected to be based on non-public information, syndicate activity, or arbitrage strategies.
Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by market, event, and account tier. Current limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. Tarafbet reserves the right to adjust per-account stake limits based on individual betting patterns.
Live in-play bets are accepted in real time. Odds are subject to change between the time a bet is initiated and the time it is confirmed. Where odds change after a bet is initiated, the Platform will display the updated price and offer the player the option to confirm or cancel. Tarafbet is not responsible for connectivity issues that prevent timely bet submission.
Bets may be declared void in the following circumstances:
In the event a bet is declared void, the original stake is returned to the player's Account balance in full.
Asian Handicap and Over/Under markets are governed by the specific market rules applicable to each sport as displayed on the Platform at the time of bet placement. In the event of ambiguity, the general sporting rules of the relevant governing body shall apply. Tarafbet's trading team determination in respect of result settlement is final.
Tarafbet offers various promotional bonuses including Welcome Bonuses, Birthday Bonuses, Referral Bonuses, Cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless the specific promotion page states otherwise.
The Welcome Bonus is available to first-time depositing players only. One welcome offer may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Players must opt in to their chosen welcome package before or at the time of making their qualifying deposit; retrospective applications will not be accepted. Welcome Bonuses are not available in conjunction with any other offer unless explicitly stated.
Tarafbet employs automated and manual detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk hedging bets to clear wagering requirements, exploiting errors in promotional terms, coordinating multi-account bonus collection, and using funds exclusively on low-contribution game categories to minimise genuine risk. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have bonuses cancelled, associated winnings voided, and accounts suspended at Tarafbet's sole discretion.
The Tarafbet VIP Programme consists of six tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Royal Black Diamond. Tier advancement is determined by cumulative monthly wager turnover as detailed on the VIP Programme page. VIP benefits — including cashback rates, birthday bonuses, and dedicated support — are subject to change and are not guaranteed beyond the current monthly period.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Tarafbet Platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of all bets and bonuses, and forfeiture of Account balances:
All content on the Tarafbet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and compilations — is the exclusive property of Tarafbet or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform without express written permission from Tarafbet. Unauthorised use of Platform content may expose you to civil and criminal liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tarafbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or damages resulting from reliance on information obtained through the Platform.
Tarafbet's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the net Real Money balance in your Account at the time the claim arises, or RM500, whichever is higher.
Tarafbet is not responsible for any disruption to Platform availability arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, power failures, telecommunications outages, cyberattacks, government actions, or changes in applicable law.
Tarafbet reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole and absolute discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Account holder is in breach of these Terms; (b) suspicious activity, fraud, or money laundering is suspected; (c) the Account is associated with prohibited activities as set out in Clause 8; or (d) regulatory or legal obligations require such action.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining Real Money balance (net of any pending wagering obligations) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
Upon account closure — whether initiated by you or by Tarafbet — all pending bets that have been placed and accepted prior to the closure date shall be honoured and settled in accordance with these Terms. Bets placed after any suspension notice has been communicated shall be void.

Your use of the Tarafbet Platform involves the collection and processing of personal data, including identification information, transaction records, and usage data. Tarafbet processes this data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention obligations, by contacting our support team.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tarafbet holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
Malaysian players acknowledge that online gambling activities are subject to Malaysian law as well, and that this clause does not override any mandatory consumer rights or legal protections to which you are entitled under Malaysian law.

Tarafbet reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after any amended Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 11.2.
